Meet Dr. Stamm
For over two decades, Dr. Stamm has practiced as a general dentist, witnessing how dentistry can transform lives by restoring smiles, rebuilding confidence, and improving overall well-being.
Throughout her career, she has aimed to expand her knowledge and deliver care that extends beyond traditional dentistry, always focusing on improving patient well-being.
In 2012, while attending a course on sleep dentistry, Dr. Stamm recognized something unexpected. The instructor described signs of airway restriction, poor sleep, and structural imbalance. It became clear they were describing Dr. Stamm herself.
That realization was a turning point, both personally and professionally. It revealed a profound connection between jaw development, breathing patterns, sleep quality, and long-term health. This discovery reshaped how Dr. Stamm approaches patient care.

Today, Dr. Stamm’s practice focuses on airway-centered care. She addresses the structural foundations that impact breathing, sleep, and overall stability. This comprehensive approach allows Dr. Stamm to guide patients and families toward healthier growth, better sleep, and improved quality of life.
While no one can rewrite their early years, it is possible to guide the next generation toward healthier growth and better sleep. That is the heart of the work at Elevate Airway TMJ Sleep.
For Dr. Stamm, airway-focused dentistry is more than a specialty; it is a calling. The goal is to combine advanced science with compassionate care. Dr. Stamm helps every patient achieve optimal oral and overall health while supporting, informing, and empowering them throughout their journey.
